IAMT is a shipping company that decided to move to their newly acquired office space in Makati. The client wants to have their new office to be designed that will suit their space requirements without compromising the comfort of their employees.

The challenge that P+P encountered for this project was how to layout the plan. The existing unit space was too small considering all the rooms and spaces that the client needed. Another challenge was that they needed a lot of shelves and storage for their document filing. P+P came up with a design solution that maximizes the entire space by creating an open space plan for the workstation area that was being surrounded by two office rooms, a reception, conference room, storage room and a pantry. Walls surrounding these areas were maximized for storage, cabinets and shelving were planned according to the spatial requirements.
