Located in the heart of Makati, this condomonium unit is intended to be a young couple’s pied-a-terre. While the couple is based in Bacolod, they travel frequently to Manila for business.

More than just the aesthetics, each space in this Manila condo is meticulously designed by interior designer Plaza and Partners with the client’s lifestyle in mind. For this unit, the client specifically requested to maximize storage and sleeping arrangements so that up to 6 people can sleep comfortably in case the whole family travels to Manila together. Given the limited space, Plaza+Partners opted to employ a light and neutral palette to give the illusion of a bigger space. The designers also opted to use custom furniture that are dualpurpose. By choosing smart pieces that can transform according to the client’s need, the designers were able to fulfill the client’s brief.
