Rojo Coffee is a showcase of Filipino Craftsmanship in a modern setting. The team behind Las Casas de Acuzar in Bagac, Bataan, brings to Manila a new concept of celebrating a fusion of traditional Filipino ways with modern methods of thinking. This is a prototype for a chain of coffee shops that will be scaled around the country. Plaza + Partners worked on producing a strong identity to exemplify what the Rojo Coffee Brand truly stands for.
